1. What Data Can Be Removed?

You may request the removal of data under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Route Info: A bus route or timing that is no longer operational or is significantly inaccurate.
  • Personal Information: Any personal contact details (email or phone) accidentally shared via user reports.
  • Copyright/Ownership: If you are a private bus operator and do not wish for your schedule to be listed in our directory.

2. The Removal Process

To ensure all requests are authentic and processed efficiently, we handle all removal requests via email.

1 Prepare your request: Include the specific URL (link) of the page or the name of the bus service you wish to have removed.
2 State the reason: Briefly explain why the data should be removed (e.g., "The bus service is discontinued").

3. Verification and Timeline

Once we receive your email at [email protected], our manual verification team will review the request. As our data is collected through manual visits and internet sources, we may need to cross-check the information.

  • Review Period: Most requests are verified within 48 hours.
  • Completion: Once verified, the data will be permanently removed from our database and search results within 72 business hours.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a reply email once the removal process is completed.

4. Google Search Results

Please note that even after we remove the data from WbBusTime.Com, it may take several days for Google and other search engines to clear their "cache" and remove the link from their search results. We do not have control over how quickly Google updates its index.

Note on Corrections:

If you don't want the data removed but simply want it updated with new timings or stoppages, please mention "Correction Request" in your subject line. This helps us keep the platform useful for all commuters.
